Do not link your cards! I booked a ride and they placed a temporary hold of approx 200 AED. It can take up to 3 weeks for the money to show up in account. When I called to question, apparently it is an insurance policy. Although no one could show me the policy. Can you imagine if you book 10 rides? It would be 2000 AED. Have used taxi services globally, this is not common practice for any service provider and could open the door for fraud.
