ALLOW TIPPING ON THE APP!!!
Tipping culture may be extra rn but baristas are definitely among those who still deserve tips. Unfortunately, even after YEARS of Starbucks having this figured out, you cannot tip at Caribou if you pay with the app. It's absurd. Guess what Caribou, no one carries cash these days. I literally have thousands of points built up bc I won't use my app to pay bc then I can't tip. And this is a reason to choose Starbucks instead. Treat your employees better! Enable tipping on the app!

Great coffee and staff!! The only complaint is that burritos in the morning are ALWAYS burnt or hard. They are delicious, but I have to throw away half of the tortilla, and then it's messy. Other than that... 5 stars!

Ads disguised as trivia
App works just fine. However, the trivia has become more and more of questions about their own products instead of actual trivia.

App doesn’t work
Charged my card but said in to r app my order didn't go through. Went to location I ordered from and was luckily able to show the receipt to the barista and was able to get my order put in. Glad I wasn't in a rush and the customer service was great at the actual location or their would have been a problem. FIX THE APP YOU LAZY DEVELOPER

I am running into issues with my employee discount not working. The food discount isn't showing up as an option. It's kind of frustrating, honestly. We don't anyways have time to order in store in order to get all our discounts.
