The app is great. The cruise itself so so. First cruise, I expected more. Food ok. Room attendant was awesome. Ship was dirty. Not enough stations for soda. Food should have been a lot better. Shows not great. Liberty ship. Looks tired and abused. Kids broke all arcade games. Not all areas open. Next cruise will be on another cruise line.

Service was in and out, it was great when working, more often than not the service continued to say not connected to chat. I did love seeing all info at finger tips on phone!

The app it's self is great but the chat plan I paid for was absolutely awful! I was able to use it about 30% of the time. I was very disappointed with it. I had never had any problems before.

Although the information was very helpful, the chat seems to not alert the reciever unless it is open and you're paying attention. Works well otherwise. Needs a GPS locate so friends can find each other in ship.

Little difficult need more instruction for first use. Why do we have to pay for the chat I thought that should be free for all but definitely platinum n diamond members.

Finding information about events, making dinner reservations or using the map was great. However, the chat feature was not that great.

Using the hub app is fine for most things except for requesting a table for the main dining room. It always says "under 10 minutes wait" and you will be lucky if you get a table in under an hour.
