Although I always point out that the data I provide when booking have been saved, I still have to provide them again every time with each booking. I mean company data and payment card details. The sheer number of hotels participating in the program is small. The choice is at most in Warsaw. In other cities, it's a failure.

Why can't I write to customer service directly via the app? In the last promotion, 20% on selected hotels, a hotel was in the PDF list, but not via the app with a 20% discount (Sofitel Barcelona Skipper).
