It used to be great!
I've been listening to a lot of podcasts with you for years and was immediately satisfied with the player. Since the penultimate update, however, the broadcasts have stuttered so unpleasantly that I can't listen to it, the last update has improved the problem, but not fixed it. By the way, the same shows are stable on applePodcast.

Using A LOT of data even though I turned off Stream and Download. I only have Show Episode Covers turned on. Often doesn't show lock screen controls. Other issues. ETA: I swiped Castbox to close it out but it's still using data! Will restart the phone and see if that helps. ETA2: restarting stopped the app from using data.

It's limited to 100 podcast channels (that may be enough for most people, but not for me) Also, I couldn't intuitively find the way to populate the playlists. And very weak: no way to export the individual episodes (I need them for example to download them to my watch) I don't know how many have rated the app with 5 stars. I've uninstalled them and I'm using a really good one.

Pretty Good, but there is no automatic way to reject all Cookies. Doing it Manually takes over 5 minutes and i'm not even half way. 0 stars#!!!!!!

New episodes are not updated fort so many days. ... like it had stopped working.

The app constantly downloads podcasts without being asked, I don't subscribe to anything, nor do I hear anything about it. I've deactivated everything in the settings, but he still downloads something without being asked. I would like to decide for myself, please. Sorry, but that's not possible at all.

Nice app. Clear, easy to use. One little thing I miss very much, the possibility to influence the playback speed. Since I don't listen to many podcasts in my native language, slowing down is often helpful. Americans in particular often speak extremely quickly. And it also helps with podcasts in German if you can speed up. Maybe something can be done about it?

Terrible for battery life. Constant wakelocks, always on screen and CPU usage even when nothing is playing. Then the app persistently tells you to disable battery optimization as if I'm the one rebelling against them.
