I hate the fact that watch progress is not saved. I'm currently in the middle of a series & every time I open the app, it wants to start me back at S1E1. Very frustrating

Stop Darkening the Screen. Besides dimly lit scenes causing the auto adjust to nearly make it impossible to see, if the actors on screen are primarily people of color the auto adjust dims the screen an absurd amount. Make this an ability I shut off.

Still advertising to a paid plan is not acceptable. Not only are you advertising to me when I pay for your service. You will put a completely distasteful ad between my wholesome shows I'm trying to watch. The last thing I want to see is some dude being tortured as I'm trying to watch a wholesome positive show. Paramount already has a shaky reputation about being a pretty poorly rain company. The Star Trek fan base is the only thing keeping them alive and they're losing us pretty quickly...

God forbid you make an error on your password because you'll never get back into your account, and you can't setup another account because it's all tide into your first account stupidest thing ever, your loss I really like some of the shows.....absolutely pointless and a waste of my time

I canceled my subscription and just now they charged me again even tho I canceled. And due to their policy I cant get a refund

Not worth it! I have the app crash on me at least 3 out of 5 times. Shows I'm watching randomly rewind a few lines and repeat, several times during one show. I've had it skip an entire section of a show. Sometimes, rewind and ffw are available, other times not. If I do have the option to rewind, it causes major problems when I rewind. It will go back to the last commercial and play ok until the next break, then repeat what just played. Both phone and firestick give me these issues.

Picture quality is horrible. Freezes, blurry, appears as though watching under water, constantly says optimizing video play back. Poor quality. Sure wish would be high quality and works better very soon. WISH QUALITY WAS NICER. STREAMING WOULD BE EASILY ENJOYED. PLEASE LOOK INTO. THANK YOU
