Internet is terrible
Internet only works 25% of the time. Unable to perform 90% of desired tasks on mobile phones, and streaming is almost impossible. Customer service necessitated a technician visit, then schedule for wrong date. This is a horrendous product and I don't intend on remaining a customer unless improvement is seen

Spent almost 2 hours in three calls doing what had been done many times before, before finally getting an appointment with a tech. Problem not resolved yet.

I installed the app and it will not let me use my CenturyLink email password tells me I have to use bright something or other not my desktop CenturyLink account, what a pita. Okay, bright speed does not serve my address but CenturyLink will not let me use their phone app for my email and says cent.link webmail cannot be with this app even when I registered and app said welcome, pita and more pita's for this app.

It's almost impossible to get through to a customer service rep and when I finally do they can never fix my phone line. This has been going on for over a year now.

Cannot get to my email. Now it's asking for a two step verification and they keep emailing to me! How am I supposed to get it when I can't get in my email?!!!! I didn't want this two step verification and can't get help on how to get rid of it!!!
