Long time user, very dissatisfied
I've been using this app since 2016 and have printed over 96 books. Recently, it stopped working with my iPhone photo albums. After several days working with support, we've found a work around but it's honestly a pain, and has way too many steps. Plus the app glitches and closes all the time. I've loved getting these books but it's not worth it anymore.

Crashes EVERY SINGLE TIME
I keep trying to add photos and as I'm scrolling the app crashed, this happened 7x so far and I've had enough! I'm gonna cancel after this first book - what a crappy app. Do not use! So stressful!!!

Keeps crashing!
I have ordered about 72 Chatbooks to date. However I have not been able to use the app at all because it won't stop crashing. I get in, I go to my books and it just crashes. I want to print about 5 books right now and I can't get to the point where it will let me print. Ugh. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted my iPhone and all the things. Annoying.

App keeps crashing after 10 seconds
Was a great app. I updated my phone and the app but anytime I go to add photos to create a book it crashes and deletes everything. Hope they can fix the bug soon.

Started out good used for a couple yrs now it's glitchy and not user friendly. Chatted with staff several months ago with no resolution... time to look at other options

Needs improvement
Love the concept of making books as quick as we can but you seem to be having a lot of issues with the website and app. Every time I go to make a book it crashes.

Everytime I click create a book it won't load after selecting cover color. Then I get a message in my notification bar that Chuck (total: 1 requests) Error 1. If I close app and try again it will change to Error 2 and so on. App is updated. Phone restarted. The app is junk. I miss Groovebook and wish there was a cheaper app out there.

Photobooks are great but app gets stuck syncing photos into book and there's no way to speed it up. Sometimes it takes days to load
