Ehhh
I have been using this app for quite awhile but my problem is that the Ai doesn't grade well, when I pause a video IT STARTS OVER which is very annoying for a 14min video , I don't really remember what I learned which is bad because I have to take tests on it, the coding program is not good which is a shame, also when I get a question right it sometimes says it is wrong, and so much more is wrong with this app so that is all thanks for reading have a good day or night.

Extremely limited function for parent access. With my parent login, I am not able to print certificates for classes completed, access any printable grades or attendance, and have minimal access to view the actual work being completed. More problems than solutions and the "upgrade" has not helped. Will definitely have a different plan for the next school year as the overall experience with acellus has been very disappointing.

SLOW, KICKING, AND OVERALL IRRITATING!
I hate this school app I'm trying to get the stuff I've missed done but I don't have the patience to wait for 40 minutes so it can load or kick me out just to load another 40 minutes It's not even the app it's the stupid update that makes everything slow I have spent 2 hours on this app and I have only taken a test that took 24 mins and did ONE ☝️ day of work that takes me 12 minutes I can't comprehend how I have spent so much time on this dumb app just to get NOTHING DONE

Expected More
Used several online learning platforms and this app has bugs and limitations of parental involvement. A parent paying tuition should also be able to call with any issue and not only have options of bot chat and email support. I received an email from the school and at the bottom of the email you see an address and not even the phone number. So they teach coding but their app has bugs and they teach language arts and can't write a proper letter??? Concerned

Use to be great. The staff who answer are HORRIBLE. Couldn't even get a password reset for my child to log in. Rogers will change platforms and have your child loose a whole school year of work then make threats (just search on Facebook & web) Go to Time 4 Learning way better and great service

Y'all people giving it one star are tripping because it will make you enter recovery mode and DEEP recovery mode until you learn something and get good at it and there is no bugs or glitches it's just y'all's internet or electronics messing up and complaining you don't have the patience to watch a video without it letting you skip… what the heck do you think happens in real school?!

It was so-so before, now after an entire facelift of the app it's the WORST. Not user friendly and as a parent I absolutely hate the lack of consistency in monitoring. Tell me why my child only worked for 2 hours and it says he has 5hrs 57mins... I'm tired of paying for something we all hate, actively looking for a was to enroll him somewhere else.
