Individual employees are very lazy and unprofessional. I tried three times to identify myself by video identification and each time I was hung up immediately after answering the call for no reason at all. The whole system is poorly done, the employees do what and how they want

Please integrate dark mode
I like to use the app very much and often. Unfortunately, I still sorely miss a dark mode. Especially the use in the evening would be much more pleasant. I hope this feature will be delivered soon. Then I also like to give 5 stars

Too much garbage that you don't need. Furthermore, the prices are changed quickly.

Made a hotel booking that we couldn't keep, so cancelled. Now I'm getting mailshots on German that I cannot understand and to which I have not subscribed.

Very weird here.
Booking flight and hotel done, all names entered and after the credit card details have been announced, there is first the confirmation and then the request to request a callback on the homepage. Will that work? I'm waiting. At the moment I'm rather unsure whether I'll try to book again.

Fast processing at pick-up, horrible at return ( no space for the vehicle. The team seemed completely overwhelmed. I would have to do an extra lap and needed half an hour more time than expected. Vehicle was relatively new, the chassis made noises as if it was about to break apart. The Indian brand Mahindra was definitely not a highlight.
