I would give it a 5 star however the only problem is that it picks up the incorrect delivery address almost every time I place an order. Other than that I'm happy with the app and the quality of the food delivered.

The app has issues with receiving payment from two bank cards that I tried loading. Frustrating and therefore using alternativeb store delivery app.

Suppose to be within an hour. You place your order at 10am then they tell you 2.30pm . So okay you guys are busy so I accept. At 2.30PM we'll deliver at your order at 3.30 pm. I think your slogan should be we might deliver in on the same day.

Your app is called Checkers Sixty60 but you no longer live up to that standard anymore. It's now checkers whenever we feel like it. Order an hour ago and shopping hasn't even started. Think it's time to delete this app. I'm paying a R35 delivery fee but my order isn't even delivered in the time frame promised. Very very disappointing.

Delivery 2 hours late and the product I wanted was sold out by the time my order was shopped. I am a VERY REGULAR shopper and this is not acceptable!! Rather let me cancel my order!!!

Previously the delivery service was delayed by more than two hours. Now, received lesser items than which I paid for.... that's the Queensburgh branch. Not all the products advertised in the heydays advert were reflected on the website. the Shallcross branch were more efficient. Still no improvement in the sixty60 service. Response from the sixty60 helpline was they were experiencing a delay of a few minutes.... like close to an hour.

Enjoying this app. Wish delivery were available in Raceway Park, Bloemfontein as it is available in areas further out. Additionally, please look in the ability for one to add a product/s from the Checkers pre-populated lists (i.e. fresh produce or forage & feast) to ones own created list.

I ordered some stuff today when i recieved my things the pizza i ordered n a focaccia bread was smelling bad like weed, also the seal was open and i am not happy about that. I still have the product and this company needs to take this matter seriously
