So WHAT'S the deal with auto ship?
I'm sorry they removed the 10% discount when auto shipping. I enjoyed ticking that box then immediately cancellingn the auto ship after the order was processed.

Been using Chewy for 5 or 6 months using the autoship option, which is great, however the app recently started processing my order two or three days before it's actually scheduled to be ordered. If I schedule my autoship for the 25th, why is it being processed on the 22nd? Really sucks having $2 to live on until my paycheck clears because Chewy took my money 3 days too soon, again.

Chewy is an interesting concept, but they keep screwing up my autoship order and now my dog is without dog food today. Get your act together please

As a new Chewy customer, I was supposed to recieve 50% off of my first auto ship order, but it wouldn't let me make an auto ship order. It kept saying not able to create an autoship order at this time. I still placed me order as a one-time purchase though. But for that inconvenience, I am giving 3 stars.

The medications that are already approved from the vet still take 3 days before shipping to me. It makes no sense as it should ship same day with the script on file as it is.
