Worst app ever after over 2 month wait
I got notification that some of my items were going to be sent separately I used Klarna app as well I never received the 2nd package after I paid balance off they logged me out of acct I kept trying to log in because the 2nd package had three dresses and I wanted to know where they were then they deleted my acct Klarna didn't do anything to help either chic me has the worst customer service I contacted them because the package that I did receive had 2 of the same dress as well as a dress the had obviously been damaged prior to shipping because the bag and garment both had damage and stains I contacted them several times with no response just got the run around I really wish I never ordered from them I truly believe they scammed me it took over 2 months to get order and there is absolutely no way to track your order

I bought a year ago on this site, the delivery was very long but upon receipt I was quite satisfied with the clothes I ordered. I tried the experiment again this year, to my great regret, I never received my order because a delivery man in the France of the post office stole or lost it, and I have been fighting for 1 month and a half for a refund or another shipment; The customer service makes me go around in circles, roughly 150 euros in nature .....

Placed an order about a week ago, just checked to see if it shipped yet, low & behold it's still processing. This was the first time me ordering from them and it definitely will be the last. I just hope my clothes are here before I take my trip.

Takes forever to receive what you order. Process says 5-7 business days. When it takes a month or more. Will never order from Chic me again.

Worst company fir returning items and support help. Been trying to upload a receipt for a return which I reported it will not upload as just goes to the app info 🙃 support not answering me, I will be blocking payment if this is not answered tomorrow as do not want charging fjr something I sent back
