Too many buttons to click to log in
This app has gotten to be so difficult to use. There are multiple steps to confirm that I want to use my account on my phone. I shouldn't have to authenticate my one device every time I try to order. And then, once you've ordered, they have you click like 4x to confirm that yes, you truly want to place your order and are there for pick up. Simplify the process to order on app and pick up in store. It shouldn't take me longer to use the app than to actually prepare my food.

Terrible app. Total fail
Can't log in. Doesn't recognize my device. Sitting in a parking lot of a Chik Fil A and app can't find a restaurant close to me. Verification emails don't work. Worst app I've ever had!

This app is a nightmare
The most stressful app I've ever had with experience what's the point of having a drive-through app when you have drive-through parking spots and you have to go through the drive-through anyway they told me I could've use this app bypass the drive-through and no one helps you at all carry out is no different. There's no Carry out parking lot. it says in the app there is one I know this may not have anything to do with the app but at least do not have a drive-through app when you have to go through the drive-through anyway, I didn't eat lunch today thanks to this app.

Works when it wants to, most of the time I have no issues, then the other half is extremely annoying issues. Notifications won't show, texts won't send, "Oops! Something went wrong.." shows up quite often sometimes making me almost purchasing an order twice since it gives the impression it didn't go through, Notifications won't go away and are stuck even hours after already getting the food. On a end note, food is great, app has issues, wish rewards were given more often for higher tier members.

Catering orders and app not giving my a “cart”
App has been messing up. Have to delete and add back to place catering orders. Never gives me a “cart” and then I can't check out! Also if you have an order in the queen you can't place another order to give restaurant time. Need to fix. Thanks

Can be frustrating. If you are adding things to your order and accidentally go out of the app or close it even for a second, you have to start over completely. Also, you can't order water in any other size than medium. I have to order like 2-3 medium waters just to have enough. CFA is stingy with the weirdest things. I dont really appreciate the message it gives you when you ask for 3 sauce packs. It asks if you if you need a whole bottle of sauce since 2 packs is apparently not enough for you.
