The app is easy to maneuver, however the customization would use some help. For instance I love the sirloin with avocado topping but I don't like asparagus or broccoli.. it gives u no option for a different side. Or if u could pick this topping for a different steak... that would be great

Decent, don't like that if something is wrong with the selection it just states "unable to process order" with out saying the time is not available for pickup.

Great job ruining it's just wings app and orders... I get the price hike but replacing curly fries with plain Jane fries, cutting the portions and not even being given the option to have curly fries at an up-charge was the biggest fail. Also, this app was notoriously known for freezing up before and the reason why I stopped ordering from here. Great fail!

The take out service has been very frustrating and disappointing. The food is decent but the service and customer service is bad.

Check In option when ordering curbside pickup does not work. Have to call restaurant everytime to let them know I've arrived for my order

So some customizations for an order are no longer options but you can call… If i call why would i use the app?

The free chips and salsa reward is always automatically claimed (without me ever activating it) meaning I can never use my other rewards because when I scan my account in. The free chips and salsa are already claimed and I cannot use another coupon even if the other coupon is claimed. I've missed out on 40% last time I was there and now today I will miss out on the free birthday reward. Very disappointing
