will not let me reset my password keeps sending me to the original sign in page. Nothing about resetting my password. so frustrating .

I wish the app would let you know how many points you need for certain items that are more points than what you had. It used to he this way so you know how many more points you need for a free entree, but now it only shows the rewards you are able to redeem. I do not like that update. Wish it was back to the way it was.

Seems like constant staffing issues when youre hungry but can't order inside because there is a note taped to the door letting you know you can't order your food from within the building.

Chipotle is always a go-to for me when I want something quick and tasty. But I can't stand asking for something and putting it on my bowl and it never being actually on my bowl when I go and get it or when it's delivered. I always ask for the fajita veggies and don't get them a lot of the time. The availability needs to change when you guys run out or something because I'm expecting the veggies and they're never on my order.

App glitches and changes store often. NO WAY TO CALL STORE OR CANCEL ORDER IN APP. Overseas support was helpful to fix issue.

Holding the order status info hostage in exchange for location access is a pretty blatantly sleazy move.

App works fine, just a few bugs here and there. Biggest issue for me is when I place an order, the 'Chipotle Order in Progess' notification shows up, but I can't get rid of it. Requires a reset to get rid of it.
