The application is underloaded, it says 100% loaded, and hangs.

The app works as good as any Nigerian bank account but the virtual dollar card is horrible. My card is constantly revoked after every attempt to use it and I suspect it is a ploy to take money from unwitting customers. I want to close my account but their horrible customer care are never around to facilitate it. My only regret is that there's no zero star for them.

App unable to get my account verified. The face camera refuse to take my picture. It says I should tilt my head up, thing that I have done on several times. There should be another means aside this to get one's account verified.
