App currently unusable after several reinstalls. Constantly crashes while booking or trying to pay. I work for the railroad and I've since deleted this app because it doesn't work. I have to call the hotel to book because this App will not work in its current state.

Choice is horrible
The Choice Hotel company is very shady but the hotels they represent are actually really good. They're very misleading about their points and rewards and their customer support needs a lot of improvement. Apparently there's a lot of “fine print” that is so fine that you're not able to see it at all.

UX in app design and development is lacking.
Why am I not able to view any of my current reservation stay information? Ridiculous. There are so many crucial details that the developers neglected to address in the UX of this app. For shame, seriously.

within hours of downloading the app I started getting ads from Choice Hotels. Drove me crazy. Not worth it. I uninstalled the app.

I recently booked 2 nights at the Sleep Inn Near Outlets in Myrtle Beach SC to spend the weekend with my college daughter. I checked out after 15 minutes on the first night due to my room being infested with cockroaches, not the palmetto bugs but regular house cockroaches. I was told by the manager that I would be refunded the amount of the second night but not the first. I called after a week because the funds were not there and was told it takes a few weeks. I called again today and was told that I would not be refunded at all. I asked to speak to someone else but was refused any additional information. So book there at your own risk!

Had my account stolen called customer support first person said they wouldn't help me because I couldn't verify "my new phone number" the 2nd person hung up on me...no call back finally the 3rd person was able to help me cause the identity theif didn't change other details

Am a hotel member and have the credit card. Have to book hotels through the website because the app always tells me there's a server connection error. Not worth the download, just use website it actually works.
