This bank and their apps especially sucks you guys do nothing but waste my time. Every time I deal with you guys whether it's waiting too long for your bloody recordings or even going into cash a check. Slowest Bank ever. Can't you put some more people on the front counter to help people, you know tellers

Been acting up as of lately with trying to login and getting encounter error messages, also when making purchases there are pending purchases then no pending transactions then they come back again.

Please don't use this bank, it is officially the worst bank in the whole of Canada for international students. To open the GIC account u have to book an appointment which takes more than 14 days to book while other banks like Scotia do it instantly online. Plus your card gets declined and you cant set your pin online and have to go to the bank itself Extremely slow procedures I recommend no one to take use this bank ever again and as soon as my money is out of my GIC I will shift to Scotia

Unfortunate
Sadly, Inefficient. Big blocky menus and lots of scrolling required. A picture of a bank putting profits over usage. (They let go internal IT and outsourced - suspect BMO did the same several years back.) The final result has been several steps backward in usage.

I'm downgrading the app even more. You keep blocking my transactions, i don't get texts from you and now I have to wait in the line for over 60 minutes just to unblock my own transaction!
