Just bought unlimited cinema. It won't link with the app. Told on the phone that I have to wait on my card coming through the post. This isn't 1990, it's 2023 it shouldn't be this hard.

Worst application. No service from the customer service. I have called to the customer service regarding the issue they are telling I know which country citizen you are. Your not from the English speaking country like that. It's not acceptable that the person speaks about the country. This was spoken by the manager such a worst customer service.

Promo codes don't work, when trying book tickets online through the App it doesn't allow any promo codes to be used.

Needs extra features urgently.
Good at what it does but you can not use for canceling tickets or renewing unlimited, leaving only the help line where you can get given false information and then told they do not bother to record calls and have no complaints line. Please add these feature, get a reliable help line, or better yet both.
