I got sent a zelle payment bot once but twice and it took 3 days. If you bank with them just use Cashapp if you need your funds or you are going to get the run around and a 3 day wait.

The accts are not sorted/saved like the online accts. Multiple accts are not in the correct order, does match online banking since update. CANT BELIEVE THEY MADE THEIR APP WORST! I HAVE OVER 20 BIZ ACCTS STILL UNABLE TO SORT ALPHABETICALLY OR BY NICKNAME. WHAT A JOKE. I SHOULD HAVE STAYED WITH BANK OF AMERICA. PROFILE & SETTINGS DOESNT ALLOW THE MOST BASIC OF FUNCTIONS ITS BEEN TWO YEARS AND STILL SORTING BANK ACCTS ISNT AVAILABLE. I HAVE CALLED ATLEAST 50X TO COMPLAIN. THEY DONT CARE!

App performs well and is easy to use, covering most everyday banking needs. One star deducted because app keeps forgetting who I am, forcing a password entry and re-enabling of fingerprint id fairly frequently.

Fraud alert signals do not happen effectively. With a cell phone, text or email. The program sends a notification to the least used contact information. While support is trying to transfer your funds to build a profile of you and having to stay on the phone gathering my data. Not happening people.. Lifelock was in touch with me lickety split five minutes ago and sent the local authorities to apprehend the suspect. Meanwhile, I was moving my funds out. Get an encrypted digital wallet.

It is no working

I have my Citizen credit card, I use it on the website but the App won't let me log in because it doesn't recognize my username or password, something very bad.

The app works well. If you combine work and personal accounts. You can't pay bills on either. No pictures of returned checks.

The app took away the only function I use. I use to be able to be for my auto loan through the app, but it now says I have to have axhexki g account through Citizens Bank to do so. I will NOT be doing that. This needs to be fixed ASAP.

Great bank - app stopped working

This app has always had issues but as of late I am fully unable to log in. I used to just be able to reset the app - due to constantly being logged out but now I can't even log in. I've deleted and redownloaded the app to no avail. I have to log in on safari just to see my balance. It's inconvenient as safari refreshes my account constantly and I can't use Face ID.
