Does not open after upgrade to Key

Something happens

I can't confirm the pin as I can't go down with my finger to the word CONFIRM. It only stays in REJECT but also does not allow me to reject because I squeeze with my finger and does nothing. I don't know what to do.

I've been trying to get the cultural bonus for 2 months, but it's impossible to do it because of the DNIe, every time I use the NFC it stays in a constant loop where it says "for security, you must bring the ID back to the phone" and it never went from there. And before that, I tried to get the code sent to the tax address, but I don't know if I should have my old house, because nothing arrived at the one now.

The worst App in the system

It does not let you register does not give options only that you lose the day in witnessing yourself in the town halls so that they do not solve anything then they send you the letter and it is useless because it does not let me register either so I am left without access to all the Apps of the generalitat that could already put things easier, since they only create brurros by not teaching any of this in classes,

Cl@ve es un sistema para identificarse electrónicamente en las relaciones con las Administraciones Públicas.

Si no está registrado en Cl@ve, podrá registrarse desde esta APP.
Si está registrado en Cl@ve, podrá activar este dispositivo con su DNI/NIE mediante un SMS o con su certificado electrónico.

Una vez activado, desde esta APP podrá confirmar las peticiones de autenticación con Cl@ve Móvil y acceder al PIN de Cl@ve PIN que solicite al acceder a un trámite. También permite acceder a las gestiones del sistema Cl@ve.
