Scam!!
I changed debit cards and forgot to update and they froze my whole entire account! I had 56 credits that I paid for an I referred people and they froze my whole account so I couldn't use anything I paid for. Not worth it.

Incorrectly charged for a class that I attended
The concept of this app is great, but I got charged $17 for “missing a class”, that I in fact attended. Not okay, and I don't plan on using this app again in the future.

Love it
The only this I don't like about class pass is that you are penalized for canceling a class!! Life happens and sometimes you miss the cut of time and I don't think I should be penalized for not making the class. Other then that I love Class Pass it's the best workout app experience since slice bread !

I think the idea is great but the places that reserved spots for moved locations then what the app says. I had a spot for a facial, and when I went in they said I had no reserved appointment. Very disappointing. Don't waste your money

Within the first two weeks of having the app downloaded I got an extra 56$ charge for a class I never went to. I haven't gone to any offers yet (lazy shameful, I know... 🫠) I do see it's value but damn. Lock it down for your customers with more security options. Uninstalled since then. 2nd update. I'm not sure what this reply is about trying to say we're sorry about your auto renewal like I' don't know the difference between an auto-renewal and a false charge? I was a false charge!
