Couldn't use the app just kept saying not avaible right now and zero response from customer service. Very disappointed

I signed up to this a few months ago, I was unsure as to at the end of paying for my goods whether Clearpay would still take money from my account. They did not!! I haven't had any banking problems with them at all. Another company I did the same with carried on the following month. This was a nightmare 😫 But Clearpay have been a breath of fresh air, 😊 thanks...

Is Clearpay good ?
Yes it is if your wanting something and don't have the initial outlay of an item right away ,depending on the money limit you have you can pay in four which is brilliant ! The down side is if you get a low amount to spend and keep on paying and earlier then you should despite In the FAQs it says they update regular your limit and how your spending and repaying they offer more - well for 3 months it hasn't and I've paid on time and way before payments are due and it's not good ! Swings and roundabouts eh !

Clearpay is brilliant and helps between pay days the only problem I've found is that if I'm able to pay off more payments, they stop my account....I'm never in arrears I only have up to £50 on it and nobody has explained this to me....I run my account efficiently and never make late payments,I have contacted them but nobody deals with it,it goes back to normal after a few days, but I seem to be penalised for settling early ....this is my only gripe,otherwise it is a very handy app

I've used clearpay many times and it's amazing. I had a problem with not receiving an order from a site and Clearpay got it sorted. Trustworthy and customer friendly they are perfect. It's so easy to use and no hassle

Try taking payments out like on Sundays which is annoying and if you miss 1 payment they enjoy putting late payments on! Then trying takin tht on stupid days

I really like Clearpay and I have used it for a while now. But this App is so slow and takes forever to load 🙄 and the searches on the App doesn't show the pictures of the company just a circle initial and their name. I always end up using their websites (I have it saved to my home page now) instead as it's much quicker to use and the search show clearly what the shops are with pictures and names.
