Having problems again
Downloading audiobooks again after renewal is just an issue. For the second time (this has happened with the app), I just renewed an audiobook I was reading & it started back at the beginning & my bookmark is gone. All I know is I was about halfway through a very long book. Finding where I was is going to be exhausting.

Review and Opinion
I think the search for authors should be first and last name and NOT last name, first and w/out needing to us commas! Also the new updated Riverside Library should have a more wider and larger selections w/regular books and audiobooks! Sometimes I am very surprised when I can't find certain authors and audiobooks; especially items that haven't been released for a while! But THANK YOU for having this service and app available and for the staff being so nice and knowledgeable every time I speak w/them!

So glitchy it’s hard to use
I'm constantly getting nonsensical error messages. I can't use the search function, or see the on-hold books that I should be able to check out. It's wildly frustrating.

When it works it’s good
It's usually ok but lately the app doesn't hold my page when returning to the book and today it started jumping back pages on its own? Ivan never get through a complete book without a few incidents where as my library app Libby seems quite stable now.

App is flaky, need to start it twice quite often. When looking at titles it doesn't show whether or not you've read it before. Have ro look in history to assess that. Much preferred Libby.

I use to be able to get books from libraries all over. Now, it is just my local library. How can get books from more than 1 library???? Plus, there shud hv been a msg about this new limit ... uggg

App needs to have a remove download option to clear up available data space. Other library apps offer this option
