After auto-renewal and payment for a subscription to the PRO version, the program will still work in demo mode, each time the issue has to be resolved through technical support.

Revert to the 2014 version
I have been using the old version for several years. Now I went to the App Store to see if there is an update, but it turns out that my application is not even there at all, CoinKeeper3 appeared. I downloaded it for fun, the interface is just terribly inconvenient. I deleted it, I will use the old one

Doesn't work
I was very upset, because I have been using the application for many years. I recently bought a platinum subscription, the money was written off, but now I can't go into the application. The support service is just terrible, they deliberately take the conversation away from the constructiveness and desire to help, they answer once a day and each time the question from the series: "how long have you been using your account?" I can't log in to the application, it doesn't work, I sent a screenshot of shots, videos, etc. I have been corresponding with them for 4 days, 1 question and 1 useless answer per day. In general, the feeling that the guys clearly had something wrong in the business model is like dying sighs. I would be glad to hurt myself. Does not download this application, there are many others. For answers from developers: yes, the latest version, yes, I have already written 4 times in support, yes, nothing works and no one wants to just help figure it out, but they are playing for time.

Data is not loaded
I installed the app and took a subscription about three years ago. It worked for a month, then data from banks stopped being loaded. I deleted the application and only now I downloaded it again, the data is not loaded again, it gives an error - and this is still with a valid subscription. Now the subscription has expired and, as a result, I can't check whether the data is loaded or not, since the update cap is blocked. In general, despite the huge amount of advertising from bloggers, the application was very upset, since it cannot perform basic functions

Write off money
Once I tried to use the application, but it clumsily worked on an iPhone. As a result, after a few days of torment, they canceled the subscription and returned the money. Time has passed and quite by chance I see that the application has been trying to write off money from the card for several days. (I haven't looked at whether there were write-offs in past months yet). There is no application on the account in the subscriptions, nothing is issued.

Account balances are constantly changing
Over the past couple of weeks, the amounts in the accounts have been constantly changing spontaneously. For the first time, there was even a shock where the money went, then when I realized that the application itself was lagging, I sincerely hoped that they would quickly fix it. But no. It was simply impossible to use the application.

What's up with the app?! 22.09.23, Friday, all dates were displayed correctly, and today, 25.09.23 all dates of operations from 01.01.24 - what kind of time machine is this ?! It is not possible to choose a real date, manual input flies to 01.01.24. To set the correct date, you need to sit and unscrew the date slider without entering the calendar. Fix errors in the application.
