Limited Return Window of 14 Days!

Nowhere I'd it state during the purchase process that their return window for purchase son this app is reduced to 14 days. Messed up, as their Adidas online store is 30 days. You have been warned!

Hard to understand how to make more purchases at the same time

Appearance seems to have been in focus when the Confirmd app was created, but the purchase function is difficult and cumbersome. Now when I wanted to buy two products, I had to make two separate purchases as the app did not understand that I wanted to put both products in my cart. Which probably ends in two packages being sent now, doesn't make much sense from an environmental point of view.

I won the draw for the last pair of Yeezy slides that came out. My order was placed on August 25th. Payment was taken. It's been a month and my item has not arrived. The label was made by FedEx but they have not received my item. I call the customer service line today just to find out that all orders are not guaranteed. They are tell me that they the only option I have is to receive a refund. No compensation or anything for the inconvenience and/or time that has gone by. I'm a level 4 member..

I've won the drawing, but they are out of stock? I entered the drawing to win a chance to buy the special edition F'king Awesome edition Sambas. I won the auction, and they charged my bank account. Two weeks later, the item is no where to be found and no notice was given to let me know they are on backorder. I don't understand how they can sell shoes that they don't have.
