Using the same Adobe ID account, I can't open the ebook I downloaded to my PC from my smartphone. The instructions do not clarify how to solve it.

Unreadable
Purchased 2 books with DRM (Digital Rights Management). They were only readable in Adobe Digital Edition so I downloaded the app. However, the text in both books does not show up, only blank pages with a few points and lines across it, like a totally redacted text, but redacted with the same colour as the paper. Unreadable!

Useless app - can't log in or authorise my phone. More security than Fort Knox - its a library book ffs

Nothing works. Compulsion to register, this hangs up. Royal junk considering the large and expensive provider.

Completely useless
Assuming you can actually log in, this app doesnât do anything it is supposed to do. Unfortunately itâs the only format library e-books support, which means those books are unreadable. App hasnât been updated in over 3 years, so that tells you something. DO NOT DOWNLOAD

Missing pages
It does not open properly my ebooks. There are pages missing, others that are blurred. It has to be upgraded.
