Poor customer service
Bales to get in touch about warranty at coolblue. The app sends you from the locker to the wall. Nowhere to find a telephone number to be able to consult. Good for a smile = good to get incredibly grumpy.

In terms of buying/exchanging/returning, the app is very inaccessible for blind and visually impaired people.
Wua service is Coolblue perfect by phone. Perhaps you could learn something in terms of app from, for example, Bol.com.Dommeh

They are difficult to read: with a high bar the text falls away and the arrowhead is (also) white, making it difficult to see which day the text belongs to.

Very unclear, consumption is on per day, but in the months we have not consumed anything? Return is not indicated at all.

Warranty to the front door!!
Nintendo switch back under warranty, because don't shoot on TV mode anymore. Rejected, because they send a picture of a small dent or scratch on the casing. If I want to pay €220 for a repair on a €250 😂 console. Questions asked, just no answer anymore: - what causes it to stop shooting into TV mode? - can we get the research report from the manufacturer so that we can request counterexpertise? - what are you going to make for €220? - What is the complaints procedure? No answers to all these questions.... They apparently don't know the complaints procedure. Never experienced this!! John van Hout

App responds poorly
Is it due to a recent update, I don't know but the app is slow to respond and despite being logged in, the homepage still gives a notification about logging in or creating an account. Very often you say 'a moment' or 'something went wrong'.. Hopefully fixed soon? Otherwise very satisfied.
