Can't log in all the time. When I can log in, the app logs me out randomly. Slow to load anything.

Is there any particular reason 4lbs of ground beef are $130 on the app. Something tells me this is a major bug. I'm signed into my account, so it's not like I'm looking without my membership or anything. UPDATE: For some reason, this app made my phone start dangerously overheating. I had to delete it before my phone would cool down. 0/5 stars

9-23-2023- Just as bad as ever. Can even authenticate. Do you guys even test your software before you publish? It is amazing how bad this app is. Maybe COSTCO doesn't want to use resources for a decent UX, i.e. not part of their business model to drive warehouse visit. Then why even bother with a native app? Just spend the resources on making the web site mobile friendly and drop this p.o.s app.

The app is buggy, it logged me out and can't log back in, I'm still logged in using my phone browser but can't log into the app

After last update it keeps looping me out of ordering process. Trying to order contacts but every time I upload prescription it loops me back to beginning.

It was working fine but now won't sign me in. My email address is not in the correct format according to the app. So I actually had to find my card when shopping in store.

This app is atrocious. I have to resign in constantly (even while I'm browsing within it). My biggest complaint is that prescriptions have been being sent to the wrong shop, in the wrong state. Get it together Costco.
