After maintenance issues

After the Cox maintenance on Sept 19th the internet connection to the modem is lost several times a day. The reps are bots are never aware of any network issues. I wish there was a more reliable internet provider in this area 👎

Over charge

Lied about my new customer introductory rate after 1 month of service. Then tried to charge me for a job not done. It got resolved. The overcharging fee for new customers didn't get resolved. Pay attention.

When I signed back up with Cox I told your company then to take it out of my account on the third of every month due to me being on SS. They told me it was all set. How every it is never taken out on the 3 I pay it out of my account on the 3 of every month. I didn't pay anything this month however on August 3 I paid $60.00 dallors. Now if guys want to do business let's do it right. Take it out of my account on the 3 of every month. Because I was told with my low income I should have it free.
