It wouldn’t let me watch a movie or a show after I paid and subscribed to it
It wouldn't let me watch a movie or a show after I subscribed to it. I already paid for it and the App is telling me that I am not subscribed yet.

Glad that you add PiP for Android app, but it sucks that Crave sometimes lose the progress of many movies/tv shows that I am watching

By far, the worst streaming app out there. Great show selection. However, the amount of glitches and frequency in which the app just freezes is enough to drive you insane. This app has been around for quite a few years now. You'd think they'd invest in fixing these issues.

App sucks. Constantly glitches and causes whole screen to go black. Have to delete and re install app multiple times per week in order to even open the home page.

Doesn't work with Amazon Fire Stick. Will uninstall if not fixed soon. For how expensive it is, it sure doesn't like to work 👎

Below average service and completely awful app. I wish it was better on other platforms but it's complete trash on ALL platforms. User interface matters guys... Figure it out, it's hasn't changed in years. Its been terrible since the service launched. Edit: 3 years since my intial review and the app is still a turd. Embarrassing. Edit: service is still pathetic. Nearly as bad as their customer support. Edit: hey tech geniuses, any thoughts on improving your worst in class app? Seriously though.
