Not user friendly
Once you can figure out how to use it is is okay at best. Not user friendly and not easy to use as they make it sound. Have to continually watch how to videos on YouTube. And I am a computer person!!!! Argh

Features don’t work.
None of the combine features have worked for a month. Their chat bot is useless. I know how to use these features they simply don't work anymore. I would prefer email since I have hearing loss but I can't find one. Customer support shouldn't be so difficult.

Not working
After the last update, this app no longer works with my iPhone 11. I use Cricut for business purposes... How can this unpleasant problem be solved?

Without a subscription you cannot use the design space. Let me explain better the function of removing the background from a downloaded file was free now if you do not have the subscription you can not use it . But the even more absurd thing is the price variation because on the computer it costs € 8.33 while on the app the cost is € 10.

I'm not having the greatest experience with this app. It continues to freeze when I try and slice two layers. It forces me to shut the app down. It's also incredibly slow when I try and do anything on the app.

Cannot access/search for any Disney images in design space on my Samsung- I can see the Disney images on my IPad but this app continues to crash when I use it on my IPad. Cleared cache and Uninstaller app- restarted device- reinstalled app. Still unable to see images. A ton of images I have saved are no longer in my bookmarked section. I absolutely hate that I cannot just browse through project categories (now have to search then can narrow by category).
