New update
Please change back the feature where you can edit the amount of something and it doesn't kick it back down the list every time. It's so annoying and completely useless?? I used to be able to edit and change an item serving size for example and the order of it would stay the same. Now I edit something and it throws the order off. Ahhhhh. I use this app daily all day long so this is driving me nuts

Whenever I change the food serving weight in my diary it goes to bottom of the day. Quite annoying when I order my food from breakfast to dinner and anything I change in serving size has to be dragged back up the list.

when I change the quantity of a line, that line disappears to the bottom and has to be manually brought back up, why? very annoying

I'm starting to question the accuracy of the nutrient information. I've noticed some dramatic changes in the vitamin/mineral levels of foods I regularly consume. For example, I can't imagine the NCCDB has suddenly decided that the vitamin E levels of fortified soy milk has gone up nearly 1000%. I'm not sure who's to blame here but things like this drop my confidence in this app and ultimately are what keep me from converting to a paid subscription.

Disappointing
Not user friendly, not many Australian foods documented. Purchased Gold and will not be renewing

Cronometer is extremely quick and easy to pick up and learn and has a very simplistic user interface. Its library of verified food sources make it easy to record your foods. Cronometer alone beats the other major applications with the affordable QR code scanner for quick recording. However, Cronometer with its very customizable UI can be confusing. Using "energy units" or "kcals" can seem overwhelming along with confusing kcals remaining. This app has depth but too much to not see through.

Useful app
I'm trying to keep track of my diet, especially specific micronutrients during my pregnancy, and this has been helpful. Foods and supplements are easy to input (or add, if the app is not familiar with them.) Obviously it isn't perfect since it can only give a general idea of how much of a nutrient any specific person will be able to absorb from the foods they've logged, and certain nutrients are generalized (like “vitamin k” instead of “k1” and “k2”) I also wish there was a way to add vitamin D from intentional daily sun exposure and that when you log water or drinks that it used a 💧instead of including it with the food 🍎 I'd love to have a second page of highlighted nutrient targets at the top of my diary instead of their nutrition scores page -but overall it's the best app I've used. You can see your records on the app, or the web, and they have a lot of different measurements for inputting the food you've eaten, which is very helpful if you estimate instead of weighing things sometimes…

Great app with great features unfortunately the price for the gold version is ridiculous for what you get. If the annual cost was a one time purchase I'd do it, but annually recurring charge for a tracker? Never. None of the features warrant that cost.
