I recently had a very disappointing experience with Cuvva. Out of the blue, they closed my account without providing any warning or explanation. When I reached out to their customer service to understand why, I was simply told that they would not disclose the reason. As a customer, I believe it is only fair to be informed about the reasons behind such decisions, especially when it comes to a service that involves personal and financial matters. Confusing

I wanted to insure my children on an ad hoc basis to drive mu car but it has linked my daughter to my account and now I can't add my son. And I can't work out how to get help with this.

What a load of rubbish Due to my age and how long I've held my licence for you can't quote me? Lmfao I'm 44 and held a bike licence right up until I moved out of London where a car licence then became essential for my daily use, no accidents, no endorsements and you can't quote me for an hour so I can get my Golf to the MOT centre legally

Used to be a really good app and cheap. used it all the time but since they have stop the rolling monthly cuvva went down hill. the prices are stupid. on the rolling monthly cover price was £128 a month witch they have now stopped. To get 28 days cover the said it would be £449 😳😳😂😂

I would have recommended them but now I'm not they froze my account just because I did not use it for a year now they wont make me a new account bad customer service!! i was with them for 4 years and this is how they treat their customers

Very disappointed

I have been using Cuvva for a several years now but all of a sudden they froze my account and they won't tell me the reason or solve it and when I made another account they wouldn't let me add my licence as it is already with my other account very very bad customer service from them I have recommended them in the past to so many people now I will do the opposite!!!

The app is strait forward to use but was disappointed when I found I couldn't insure my classic mk2 golf due to the age of the vehicle, I only want to insure it a few months if the year as I don't want to drive it all year round as I don't get the time to always use it , do not recommend if you own a classic car
