The card and app are okay. It has room for improvement. I have issues making purchases online and it would be a great feature if we could use Zelle with it or if it had some sort of transfer feature so we didn't have to go to the ATM every time we needed to put money into another account.

Cannot access my funds

Whenever I attempt to transfer funds to my linked bank account, I consistently encounter the error message, "External bank transfer failed." This issue has persisted over multiple attempts and has left me feeling frustrated and inconvenienced. Support has not been able to help me with my issue.

Having an issue logging in. It let me use my fingerprint for a while. Today it's not letting me and when I try to reset my password I never get the code. This is the second time this happened. No issue the first time.

This app is terrible so far. My experience, It will not let me log in so I can't see or do anything with my funds. I really would like to talk to somebody in customer service so I can cancel this account. Very frustrating experience so far.

I like the fact I get paid right after I'm done my dash. I don't like the fact I can't transfer my money after that to my main bank account 😒 😐
