The cameras have never really worked I wish I had stayed with my old company

We have problems all the time , some days works some days doesn't, no saved videos for days , we have to be constantly calling technical support. We have Guardians system before and love it .

Good luck accessing your cameras when you're not at home. Even when I am home, I cannot always access my cameras. I have a strong mesh network with 1 gig speeds. Have to constantly force close the app then reopen to view my cameras. When I lock my front door, the system says, “Garage door locked.” Outdoor cameras do not always record motion. There have been times I was waiting for deliveries and missed them because I did not receive an alert, or the delivery person left at the front door and I never saw it on the camera. Great system, highly recommend. Update: 7-22-23 Garage status “unknow.” Waiting for the app to work so I can park in my garage. I'd leave my car in the driveway, but it's 110F out here. Pray for me. Update: ADT is fantastic now that I switched to Vivint. Vivint will pay up to a thousands dollars to buyout your ADT contract. I really don't care how Vivint performs as long as it's not ADT.

I have called ADT to report my issues twice. When calling in I'm transferred several times and start the process of authentication over. Customer service not good I haven't gotten my issue resolved. I should have stayed with Ring.

Every time I get a notification and try to look at my cameras it fails to load every time. Does not give me any piece of mind

I've been with ADT almost 4 years, my system is terrible and I haven't been able to get anyone on the phone live to help me with customer support. I get put on hold and then they hang up.

I am suppose to be able to view my cameras on the app It says included but can't view them nothing3 exterior 1 door bell panel and inside cam

The app service is terrible. Cameras are so delayed and constantly go off line for weeks.

Live video always takes so long to come up. Recording options always default to off. Have to go to settings to fix constantly. Now live video doesn't even work.
