I built a collection of photos for a year
but since the last update it's now a paid feature. No an acceptable change :( Taking away a feature after someone invested time on building sth on the platform vs. offering something worth upgrading.

Jumps to the wrong place in Apple Library
In the "Apple Library" window (for the selected calendar day) you can still see the correct photos. But when I click in to load the photos, it jumps to a completely different place in the Apple library. Unfortunately, the function is of no use to me at all.

Wonderful but changes frustrating
I've been using this app since 2015. I absolutely love it and will continue to use it. The interface is intuitive and clean. What frustrates me are some of the changes. The voice to text tech changed a few years back and never caught up with where it used to be. Yesterday I tried posting multiple photos to one entry and I could not. This is hugely frustrating as much of my entries used to be photos. Now we can only upload one photo a day? I do not use a lot of the integrations that this app can access. I just use the basic tools. Wondering if more things will be removed like the photos.

The updated official version of iOS17, I can't get the photo location when adding photos, I hope to fix it as soon as possible.

Limitation despite payment
I love the app and use it daily. But I think it's a real shame that you can insert videos with a maximum length of 5 minutes. We already pay money for the app and yet such a limitation is built in. Which is a shame. Cloud storage is not that expensive for developers these days.

I've been using it for about 5 years.
When I tried to post a photo, I could not proceed from the screen that led to paid billing, and I could not post a photo. It's a pity that I can't do what I was able to do before.

Too bad.
Until the last update without subscription we could put at least one photo. Now you need a subscription of 37 euros annually to be able to do it. Well I delete this application, given all the increases in all areas, it is the first thing that jumps as it is optional.

Works on my husband’s phone but not mine
I downloaded it because my husband has been using it, but it doesn't work the same on my phone. I cannot add even a single photo, even though it says one photo a day can be added with basic. I liked the idea of seeing a calendar with photo memories. But it just asks me to download premium. The only thing I can do for free is write. There are other journal apps that offer way more for free.

Great app; horrid customer service
I used this for years and loved it. For some reason the app lost my sign in, and when I reconnected it had dropped my premium status although I had just paid for it. And since I'm dropped from premium, I get no support contacts. Zip. So no way to fixit; guess I'll have to go through Apple. But ios now has a journal app that's sherlocking Day One; maybe that's next.
