The app, both mobile and smart TV, stops too many times and the worst thing is when you're watching a live match. It takes away the desire to have a more complete content since I like the sports grid and its own programs.

Don't often leave reviews but this app is terrible. Am another NFL viewer, not being able to download is a huge issue for me (commute is my primary watching time). App is also extremely unstable, crashes frequently. First time in many years I'm seriously considering to cancel Gamepass.

very bad experience. using this app only to watch the nfl game pass. Many technical issues but the most annoying: android app leaves the game and goes back to the home screen every 5-10 minutes. It is impossible to watch a nfl game without constant interruption and restarting the game

Lemme paint you a picture: You board your train, it's an hour long commute, you figure you can fit some football in. The app takes 10 second to open, your train rumbles out of the station. You're greeted by the games. You scroll down to find what you want to watch.For some reason the screen flicks back to the top. You try again a few times to no avail. It finally decided to work. The game loads, so you hit full screen. Game restarts, then goes back to small screen. Ad nauseam.You give up. Bad.

Rubbish app, pleaae nfl move from this rubbish app..I can't see all the games anymore...and paid full so am stuck with anything they give me that week. Their customer service is also rubbish and clearly unwilling to help. NFL please move from this rubbish app...

1. 40 minute version does not show all plays! 2. Full event does not remove breaks even if rewatched days later. 3. Chromecast disconnects every time the phone is used. This all worked in Gamepass, it is not hard stuff! Are you trying to lose paying customers? Edit after reply: I'm a ten years Gamepass subscriber, I know what versions of the games are available. You missed my point that you ruined the 40 minute version by not showing every play.
