I can't turn off dark mode in the app. My current Deutschlandticket is displayed. My new one for the nä. Month of October 23 not, just not there. Although I saw this before the update! I also thought it was great to save the favorite route and the map of how the route is. Old version was much better.

It used to be a great app, but since the last update I've had absolute problems displaying my tickets. I can sometimes update 50x and still nothing is displayed. And that's despite the fact that I still had the ticket open before closing the app. Impossible!! What if such a situation arises while I am sitting in a checkpoint? This could cause you a lot of trouble just because the app doesn't work! Please fix it as soon as possible!

Obviously, the beta state of the Next DB Navigator with missing basic functions was not fixed before the version went live as the new DB Navigator. The fact that 20 trips tickets per single ticket to be purchased outside the app have to be added completely manually (since the link to the navigator in the booking mail now comes to nothing) is amateurish. The fact that a dark/light mode will be mandatory from the system settings in 2023, on the other hand, is real satire.

1. Where are all my favorite places and saved routes? I spent so much time creating them! Important! After your update, they're gone! This is a blatant disrespect for your users. 2. Why is the application now mixed in English and German?! Where are my language settings? Returns an all-German and an all-English interface.

Since the new update, nothing works anymore, I enter departure 6 o'clock in the morning every time and he still always does the search, departure from 22 o'clock. Can't search for my trains anymore because I always get 8 hours of travel even though I only have to take a 30-minute train and the trains are coming.
