Debeka has new apps all the time. It takes time to set up the app again each time and after each change the data is lost.

The app works very well. Much more important, however, is that the team behind it also plays along. That's the case here! For this part 5 stars. 1 star deduction is available for the following optimization options: - Whether the performance notification includes a payment or rejection is not easy to see. You have to go to the communication and have a look. There is no proactive info in case of rejection - No messages can be left about a process - only document upload

Children, children, it's 2023 and an app takes "several hours" to check the data entered (name, number, date of birth) when registering? You're not serious, are you?! Especially since after two hours of waiting, the server is suddenly no longer accessible. With such examples, it is not surprising that Germany is not yet ready in terms of digitization. I will probably soon be sent a TAN list and asked for my fax number. ..
