The worst service
I order at sunny side and the pizza came in cold, worse, it was delivered 2 hours late. I ordered for breakfast and it arrived at lunch time. The lady on the phone even worse, condescending and cold, I am disappointed, such poor service for a brand I thought reliable. Aarg

I wouldn't like to oder here again the death by chocolate was not nice it was watery not like the one I always order very disappointed The pizza dry and chicken and mushrooms was the worst 😫

Disappointed, ordered a pizza it was dry not cheesey not filled properly, very thin slices not filled, did not enjoy it at all, I'm Never going to buy it again

West GATE mall Pathetic
I was unimpressed with Westgate mall customer service it was a horrible and I will not be ordering off this app due to their pathetic work ethic the fact that the customer service is no integrity no respect Towards a paying customer next Time see that you make sure you give your drivers that are out on delivery the proper pizzas orders because it was pathetic of what I have experienced today I had a lady use Volga language towards me on a phone call which was totally out of lineAnd did not know what to say when I had told her that I heard her she liedBecause of this I received horrible service and did not get the order

Bad Pizza
The Pizza was dry and burnt. We ordered triple decker and didn't even have the Debonairs source! It's the last time I'm buying your pizza. I gave you too many chances.

Downloaded the app to specifically have pizza delivered, from Debonairs Got my families order ready, much excitement from the kids, working through the app, selecting their favorites (thinking wow this app is cool). Had the store on our area selected ...Debonairs Broadway in Durban North ... Got to the check out and message came across the top ...cannot deliver!!!!! Called the store ... cannot deliver!!!! So I deleted the app and ordered from Pizza Boys.

This star is because i have no choice but to give it that This app is the worst because we tried to order and it denied it and does not go to Slovo Park Mhlaumbe in ext3 thats what i hate about it and it is a scam
