Broken for weeks
This app has had a known issue (according to support) which crashes the app at launch. This is unacceptable for a recurring paid subscription app.

App not working
We are new customers who just downloaded and paid for a full year today. I installed the app and it not working. I have done all the advised steps offered for a resolution. None of them worked. Very disappointed! Our sons were so excited to start using AA. Hopefully y'all will get it taken care of quickly.

Does not teach my stuff! Only teaches me stuff that I already know! And It takes forever to load and there's not enough places to go to, not enough games to play only 6! Edit: my son wasn't happy with the level and decided to take it upon himself to place a review for the game. I think it is great for children homeschooled and as an addition to their curriculum in a brick and mortar school.

Horrible experience
I got the app for my kids for their birthdays (they're both in the same week, 5 years apart), and I'm unable to open the app even though I downloaded it 2 weeks ago and paid for the year. Now I've got two upset kids on their birthdays wanting to get on the app. The worst part is that all I see from the app is that “an error occurred”- no explanation of what the error could be or why it might be happening. What a joke. Get your kids a bike or a skateboard and send them outside before spending your money on this crap.

Crashing constantly since the update
We were using the app without problems but since the last update a week or so it doesn't initiate We got n contact with the support team after file another report , but anything had changed, we still can no access to the app, error window will pops up and we didn't get our annual payment back either

Does not work
Never buy a years subscription. Within three months, it won't load. There are no updates that we missed, it simply won't load. Parent portal won't load either, no response from sending several reports to get things sorted.

The latest update will not install. We have been waiting over a week with no reply to help. Our device is compatible and should be able to handle the game. Previously the game also stalled in the midst of many adventures or would not close properly to save new progress on goals. The system also closed arbitrarily and quite frequently. This used to be something my daughter enjoyed but has become a source of frustration.
