Tickets do not appear in App
Tickets fail to appear in App, now in fear of buying more tickets. Too complicated.

App is glitching
When I try to look at events or want to follow an artists it goes back to the main page and tells me „sorry. Something went wrong“ I wanted to buy a ticket for an event that's tomorrow night but looks like I won't be able to. A friend of mine has the same issue.

The return does not work. Technical glitch or fraud but they don’t care. Lost lots of money
I purchased the tickets but could not go. The event was sold out. The app suggested that I return the tickets to the waiting list. Here is my letter to the support: I found out I couldn't make it to the event and returned my tickets to the waiting list. The tickets haven't been sold despite the fact that there is a waiting list and my friend was actually on the waiting list. It seems that my tickets are going to waste without being offered to anybody. Obviously I'm not very happy about this as I've lost a lot of money and couldn't offer a ticket for a partial refund to my friends or free to my friends. The event is starting in 10 minutes, my tickets are still on the waiting list, my friend didn't get them. I hope to be refunded for my tickets as I think it's unfair that you took them to be put on the waiting list but actually they are not offered to anyone. Tickets made super complicated (and it doesn't work). A friend wants to send you tickets but then they have till 17h to do it and I have until 18h to claim it. The link doesn't work. I cannot get in. All this could be done by a simple code with an email, like trains have been doing for a decade. On top of that it's a choir event we are talking about, I'm not booking a spaceship to Venus. Such an unnecessary app that made my life worse, congratulations!

Don’t use the waitlist function to sell your ticket.
If you try to sell your ticket through the app, it will lock it and prevent you from sending it to a friend until 3 hours after the concert starts (5 hours after the ticket can be activated). At that point the ticket is useless and the concert is almost over. I didn't care about getting the money, was going to give the ticket away to a friend.

I've been trying to set up an account to buy Bad Omens ticket for Milan since last week and I did not received any pin codes despite trying for days. I submitted the support form on your site, and gets no reply. Can you please reach out to me asap? Thanks!

Good for booking event tickets, but does not recognize friends and acquaintances subscribed to the app, so it is impossible to join them to groups or send links to events
