Terrible service, I was in an accident and driver does not care there he left me dumped where I got off to seek medical attention and apart they charged me the full trip, I was looking for help in the app in customer service and nothing. Terrible, they go from bad to worse.

I can not comment is a scam this application you ask for car leaves rate and then when the driver starts the rate is raised 3 [phone] thousand more than theft. where does a person not have if not exact what comes out of first that?.
