Terrible App & User Experience - feedback survey doesn’t work

Im a club premier member and all my travel information is saved in that profile as well as the app's profile. Whenever I'm signed in and I book a flight, I have to re-enter the same traveler information twice if not more at the physical check in desk. Last time I checked in via the app, I had to fill out the emergency contact plon this app AND had to fill out a piece of paper with the same details at the check in desk. I tried to provide this feedback using the in app survey. That was also buggy so I'm leaving a review here. Step it up Aeroméxico. It's 2023 and why am I still filling out paperwork?!

It does not send notifications, you can not generate the check in, you have to uninstall and reinstall, it simply does not work
