Doctolib is terrible. No doctor's office can be reached by phone anymore. As a person with statutory health insurance, I also often feel that I have been processed. The app itself is quite ok.

Practical. But it's not easy. Not always as suitable as you thought. Appointment selection not customer-friendly.

There is no English option, therefore useless for expats. Website is a bit better option because we can translate to English.

It's ok to find Doctors, but the app is very buggy and not very user friendly. One simple example is that you can't even choose the lenguage without changing the location and changing location means that you can't find doctors where you are. Given the size, prestige of the company and importance of the service, it's a shame that they don't invest in UI/UX designers and top engeneers.
