Worthless app. Most things that one would look for are redirected out of the app into the website. Once redirected you have to sign in again. Why even bother using the app?

The app disables the fingerprint login every time there is an update. Then you have to remember your password and then change the settings to use fingerprints. Very annoying and the developers do not care to fix it.

I do not like that customer service is in Phillipines! it was a VERY bad connection. I had to repeatedly ask him to repeat himself due to his accent. He told me wrong information on coverage regarding 3 things. I found out by looking on-line, but it was very time consuming. He never successfully sent me an email as he said he would. geez people. keep it in the US with more competent people who speak the language. I am all for employing anyone, but we deserve better help.
