Red flags! Scam!
Home office in Lithuania. No customer support. Enrolled and set my password - tried to log in and password is wrong, tried again, failed. You can't stop auto renewal charges or manage your subscription. Can't request a new password. All responses are canned emails from “Carol” who never helps. Customer service sends a number and says they will get back to you in 48 hours but never do. BBB flags them as scam. Reported to FBI

Will not let me cancel subscription
Im trying to cancel this subscription because I no longer use it. Once I click the cancel button, a landing page pops up introducing a lifetime offer. The landing page will not let you scroll down to click the “I'm not interested” button. It seems this was done intentionally to keep customers from being able to cancel. Furthermore, there is no way to update/remove payment info.

Do not download this app. I did to look at it and after 3 months had been charged $180 without authorising it. I did not even use the app but was still charged. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!

The program is sold in Spanish and in the app all the info is in English, with no option to change the language

If I could give zero stars, I would. App freezes, won't open, took multiple attempts to reinstall, can't log in after reinstall, etc. Especially aggravating is fact that back button doesn't work to end session. I have to minimize screen then close all apps to get out of it. Don't get taken by these people. RUN!

DO NOT ISE THIS APP
This app is nothing but a scam. I'm embarrassed I fell for it. They charged me over 80$ in three initial charges, one supposedly a lifetime subscription. I was refunded only $9 and had my subscription canceled by them, so no longer have access to the app, plus out the money. Scammers.

Avoid this app if you can
These people are scammers. They charged me full 3 months after i cancelled the dubscription back in june. Despite this they charged me again in September when my initial sibscription has already been cancelled When i complained they are find good reasons not to refund me and i habe to dig through all me past emails to prove my arguments Worthless useless and scammers

Money paid for plan and can’t access
I bought a 3 month plan. It wouldn't load in the app. It kept telling me I had to purchase another pan. So I deleted my account thinking there was a glitch. Still couldn't access after resetting my account. Contacted the company for a refund. They won't refund since I deleted my information and re-signed up. They say they have no record of me paying and can't find me. So they closed my support issue and I'm out $60. Seems fraudulent. I filed a dispute with my credit card company. Hope to get my money back. Beware, it's super shady.
