On multiple occasions the doordash maps sent me the longest route possible and sometimes sent me to the wrong location. Please fix this glitch.

Their app lately have stop me from finishing orders and accepting orders. It's frustrating because they penalized you even though it's their app. It's frustrating and I'm tired of door dashing. I'm about to just look for a part time job. Door dash have ran its course with me. It's not worth it if they can not fix their app issues.

Why the heck is it MY fault that the app completely stops working without signal?? I couldn't mark an item as unavailable because the app wouldn't even load the option, so Doordash counted that delivery against me!? What was I SUPPOSED to do??

They need to have a gas allowance for drivers that work 4 and 8 hrs a day, 20$ for drivers that work 4, and 40$ for drivers that work 8 hrs a day. Also they need to put all of their maps including return maps, into the app, when you return it brings you into Google maps as a separate app. It slows down drive time, and it makes it hard to concentrate on the road when you have to now leave an app to go back to dash, and sometimes it lags due to service, fix this and I'll 5 star.

If I could give it zero stars I would!! All it does is freeze, doesn't load and loop. I haven't been able to dash because it constantly either ask me to sign in or enter my bank info. When I do either it loops back to the previous page. BEYOND FRUSTRATING!!!!!!
